I want to know if I got the levoamphetamine garbage in my adderall RX. It's a blue cap with printing M. Amphet Salts 10mg The Mfg is Global. I bought them at Walgreens. Thank you counselors?

"M. Amphet Salts" is short for "mixed amphetamine salts".
You really shouldn't be bothered by the presence of levoamphetamine (L-amphetamine). Adderall is racemic amphetamine. This means that it has a mixture of the left-handed (levo-) amphetamine and the right-handed (dextro-) amphetamine molecules.
While dextroamphetamine has about twice the binding affinity to dopamine and norepinephrine receptors than levoamphetamine, both molecules displace catecholamines from neural vesicles at about the same rate...and that is the primary action of amphetamine in the body.
