She should show you a good day makeup and a good evening makeup. It costs but is worth it. Then you go and see a hairstylist to see what hairstyle fit you the best and softens the male features. And yes, go to a nail salon and let them take care of the nails. Fake tan and fake eyelashes is more towards drag queen unless you are careful. Also go to clubs and talk to people who have done this. They tip about great stores with big ladies shoes and what to wear to hide what looks male.
You can go to the salon if you would like false eyelashes itch and hurt so I suggest that you put on mascara I would not recommend a spray tan so go to a tanning salon.
