First option: Sit your parents down and just ask. If that doesn't work out, do some research. Look up what the age is in your state to decide which parent you want to live with. In my state I think it's 16, yours might be different though. If you are the age or older, it's your choice. If there is no age or your younger you'll have to live with whomever has custody. Ask your dad if he'll ask for full custody or joint custody. Make sure if it's joint that you ask if it can be with your dad on the weekdays and visiting rights with your mom instead of the other way around.
