I was a broke college kid with no money she brought me prob 3 grand worth of stuff over two years and she still has receipts when we broke up she said I had to pay her back can she sue me?

If it has definitely been over a year, I would say that: no, she cannot sue you for that money.
The U.S Court gives (and I could be wrong( one year to take someone to court for their money, after that, they assume you didn't want it in the first place.
Its her loss.
