You can try hair products. They have a ton of good stuff at the stores.
Also, buy a straightning iron. Try a CHI or a Revlon straightner. These work wonders!
You can purchase a leave in treatment that will dry and leave your hair silky. Look at places like Salons.
Buy starightnening shampoo, like Pantene or Sunsilk. They have sprays that will keep your hair down too.

Because some peoples hair is not naturally straight. You have to have a hair straightener to make it stay straight, if you get it wet it will go frizzy

That one of the main reasons that curly haired people have frizzy hair because when they are applying product or just even touching their hair makes it frizzy. Just saying this does not mean that every time you touch your wet hair means that it will go frizzy.
