He's probably attracted to you. Have you asked him to stop flirting with you? From your question, it sounds as if you don't want to pursue any type of relationship outside of being coworkers. If so, make it clear in a respectful way. If you feel the flirting continues after this conversation, take it up with your supervisor or Human Resources contact.
