What God is really has to come down to personal belief and faith. There are some that feel that God is a male, some that feel God is a female, and some that do not believe at all. If you believe differently than what The Bible says and choose to believe that God is a female, then it probably isn't much of a stretch to believe God can be both or either. My personal belief is that the Biblical God probably isn't restricted to male female roles, but simply presented his/her self in a way that we could relate to and understand.
Christians believe in a good afterlife because it's described in the scriptures they believe in. Most Christians believe in the Bible--you might want to start there. If you want more, you can also try the Book of Mormon, which the Latter-Day Saints and a few others believe is another testament of Christ.
God is neither male nor female. God has no gender. Many times in the Bible God is refereed to as he, but sometimes God is also called she. mainly God is called he because when the Bible was written, men were the guardians, rulers and guides of a home, much like God was/is to the world. when God is described as a caretaker or motherly protector of the world or a piece of it, then God might be likened to a female entity. if you don't believe in the bible, then your god can have any gender you want.
No. It's not described as such.
Joseph and Daniel were the most prominent. I don't believe others are mentioned.
There is not even one female author in the Bible.
I don't believe there are any female angels named in the Bible. That artists depict them as female is probably a modern attempt to take them out of the role of warriors and make them into something cute and cuddly.
All religions believe in a god. However if you are speaking of the Christian God, then the answer is the Jewish, Christian, and Islamic people believe in God.
We can't guarantee you an answer that is not only logical, but as well unbiased. Many people will choose to say yes and many others will respond with a no. The only way to answer this question is by stating, "You believe what you want to believe" I'm a Catholic, and I do believe the information in the Bible is true. However, in my prespective, there are many things I don't agree in the Bible; but that's my opinion. So believe what you want, whether if you feel the Bible is false or true information.
Often described as wrath.
Methusaleh, as in the Bible
Some people believe that all God had to say to humanity was written down in the Bible. Others believe God still speaks to people, but not on a large scale.
Some people do not believe the Bible, but Christians believe it is right.
