If God made them then why is it not talked about in the Bible?

Everything God made has at least one mention in The Bible. You name it, it's there. The mention that the world was round and that it orbits is mentioned in the Bible when before the Colombus times people thought the earth was flat. The mention of dinosaurs and the ice era is also there and the mention of other life in other worlds.
Also though in terms of specific species, since the Bible is not a science textbook, it does not contain a catalog or list of everything that God created or what has ever existed. It does indicate that God made everything that exists and so this does indeed include everything although many of the specific details are not mentioned. The species of plants and animals which are most commonly mentioned are those which have to do with man such as olives and grapes, cattle and horses etc etc.
