If I'm getting divorced filing bankruptcy and my home has already been auctioned should I still attempt to save it with a third lien with my Husband?

Certainly your going through tough enough times that I question if anyone can have a good answer to really help.
One thing for sure...if the house has been auctioned already...it isn't yours anymore...it's been sold...and probably well past redemption. (The good thing is, you no longer have a 1st & 2nd mortgage either, nor whatever the house was as a consideration in your divorce/relationship...)...hence you have no option to save it...if you could have gotten a 3rd loan anyway while in BK anyway.
