I'm guessing so, it doesn't matter how tall your parents are. I myself am already taller than my mum and I'm only 14.

You can't decide how tall you are going to be, that is already decided in your genes. if your parents are tall you will most likely also be tall. You are only 13 and have many years left to grow so don't worry about it.
