Your goal is not a *WEIGHT.* Your goal should be feeling fit and being at the top of your game. Your goal should be being *HEALTHY.* If you are, you're at the right weight. Whatever that weight is.

Now, if your goal is to be more buff, that's another issue entirely. I like to be fit, but I don't want a lot of bulk. That's fine for me, that's my goal. If you want more than fit, go for it! If you want to bulk up, do so. Have fun. Do it smart and gradually. Eat right for your exercise goals. Don't try using packaged powders or chemicals. Talk to a trainer or check out the web for a lot of good advice on how to eat right while training. Make a serious plan and stick to it. Set realistic goals. Make your workout a PART of your life, not your WHOLE life.

But, again, your GOAL is looking the way you want to look (realistically). It's NOT a specific weight. If you like the way your arms are cut and your legs are strong and your six pack is the envy of all you survey, cool. Be happy. If you have energy and a good mood and you aren't killing yourself achieving your goals, then you ARE achieving your goals.

In this as in all body-related things, your goal is always being healthy, feeling fit, and feeling good. Your goal should never be a number, or a fashion, or someone else's idea of what you should look like.

Your body is your home. Treat it nice and respect it. Be healthy.

If you are trying to gain weight you should eat plenty of protein. Foods such as lean meats, chicken, and fish. Your body need these types of foods to gain weight. Peanut butter is also good if you are trying to gain weight.
