From the research that I have done regarding the Verizon Impulse, I think that if you only use your phone for less than 100 minutes per month you would be better of using a pay as you go plan. Prepaid cellular service does not require you to sign a contract which could be hard to get out of. It also lets you decide how many minutes you use month to month.

This really depends on what you are looking for. I enjoy the monthly plan I have because I know exactly what I have each month and it stays the same.
