This is an AWESOME question and no it doesn't make you a banana racist.
Not liking black ripe bananas doesn't make you some kind of banana bigot, it just means you should leave bananas out of the fridge.
Refrigeration is what makes the skin turn black. So leave them in a fruit bowl on a bench and they'll look good and stay yellow, provided you don't leave them there too long - and you'll be able to stop worrying whether you're offending your black bananas because you don't like the look of them.
Black bananas are a good example of why bigotry is silly though: they're exactly the same inside as yellow bananas, it's just the different color outside that some people notice right away and let it put them off the whole fruit, without bothering to find out what's inside...

It makes you a racist if you are in the same genus and species as the bananas you don't like, and if as a result you directly or indirectly prevent those bananas from enjoying all the rights and privileges that you have. It's perfectly ok not to 'like' ripe, black bananas. But if you go out of your way to step on them, you'll slip up...
