At least 30 credit hours. (0-29 freshman, 30-59 sophmore, 66-89 junior, 90- 120+ senior)
I am not sure what senior safety products are, but I am sure if you contacted a local senior citizens center, they would be able to help you locate what you need.

You can find inexpensive senior travel if you contact AARP. They cater to seniors and would be able to find you good deals. You would need to join them for a yearly fee.
No. The words sophomore, freshman, etc. do not need to be capitalized.
It depends on which courses the graduate school is requiring. If the courses are within the freshman or sophomore levels, then taking them at Brookdale Community College would be fine. Just make sure the required courses are not junior or senior level courses.
