I am not a physician, but I don't think anyone will claim that refined sugar and caffeine are necessary nutrients. Whether or not you feel better has to do with many other factors. But all things considered, reducing or eliminating sugar and caffeine will not hurt you and will probably help. If you consume large amounts of caffeine you may want to reduce it gradually over time.

Can chocolate make you hyper active?

There is a common belief that chocolate can make individuals hyperactive due to its caffeine content, but studies have shown that this is not necessarily the case. The amount of caffeine in chocolate is relatively low compared to other sources like coffee or energy drinks. Any perceived hyperactivity may be more attributed to the sugar content in chocolate rather than the caffeine. Additionally, individual reactions to caffeine and sugar can vary, so some people may feel more energetic after consuming chocolate while others may not.
