Titinus, or ringing in your ears is caused by alot of different medications. Aspirin and antihistamines seem to be big contributors. the ringing will probably lessen with time, but if you become too concerned you should make a doctor visit some time.

What should you do if you have a ringing in your ears and pressure in your head and you've had a CT head scan and heart tests and you have now been taking pills to relax but nothing seems to help?

The question does not state whether the scans and tests were normal or not. Assuming all tests are normal ringing ears is often tinnitus. It is miserable and cannot be cured. Some people find that loud noises make it worse. If it keeps you awake at night try listening to the radio quietly, tuned off a station so all you can hear is the hiss. It keeps the ringing sound at bay sometimes. People learn to live with it but it never goes completely away. Avoid rock concerts and pneumatic drills. If you have any wax in your ears it can make the tinnitus sound louder but having them syringed can also make it worse.

What is the moral lesson in a Series of Unfortunate Events?

Well, I don’t think there really is a moral lesson in a Series of Unfortunate Events. The story revolves around orphans who are being hunted down by an evil man who tries to steal their fortune. Although the series is great, I don’t think there is a lesson.
