the key must be in position #2 for the tumbler to be removed...if you lost the keys & have no key, the tumbler will have to be drilled out...also, the pins holding the housing into the steering column will have to be drilled out too..then you should be able to remove the entire assembly...of course, you're going to have to replace the entire assembly & tumbler...I'd try partsgeek.com for your replacement parts..reasonable prices & quick delivery..
door panel will have to come off and more than likely the motor has rivets holding it in place so the complete window regulator will have to be taken out of the door and the rivets drilled out to get the motor off and then reinstall new motor with bolts and nuts.
