Yes you can. However, it's fairly complicated. You need to source the parts from a junked car of the same year and equipment. It's probably not worth it... less hassle to just trade in for an ASR-equipped car.
Just keep watching eBay or Craigslist or find a car being parted on eBay there are tons of them and just keep asking all of them if they have a switch.
If the system is already installed why do you need to get parts from a salvaged car? It seems you can find a switch anywhere.
