It is a problem, because DVD/CD-RW combo drives are supposed to be able to play all CDs and DVDs and write CDs. Or, it could be that a CD is "messed up." and could be fake or something. The disk drive/computer manufacturing company service places should know something about it (if the problem persists).
Check your Device Manager. If your IDE controlers read Nvida ide controlers, roll the driver back. You may have an NS7 motherboard from Asus, which has historical problems with this driver.
Sounds like a corrupt file in the program. Download and install Windows Movie Maker again. That should solve the problem.
Download and install the newest version of the program.
It's not a Program, it's a coding script called Java.

I don't think you have the space on an Android to install the Windows Movie Maker program on it. I could be wrong, but I'm pretty sure it is a rather large application in size.

Only these audio files are compatible with the program:.aif, .aifc, .aiff, .asf, .au, .mp2, .mp3, .mpa, .snd, .wav, .wmaConvert the AAC file to one of those listed above. Then import the file into the program again. Its should work just fine.
As far as I know, you can only install plug-ins on Windows Live Movie Maker version.
It sounds to me like you need to re-install Windows Movie Maker. You can download the version you want (v2.6 for Vista) or Windows Live Movie Maker (for Vista and 7) for free online. Simply Google: Windows Movie Maker and download the version your want. Install the program and test it out. It should work.
No. You can't convert a Windows Movie Maker file to an mp4 in the program. First you have to Publish/Finish your video (which exports audio/video to Standard viewing format of wmv). Once that is complete, download and install a free video converter from the Internet. Use that program to convert the wmv file to an mp4 format.
