If a Jehovah witness is no vegetarier how can he abstain from blood because of the large quantities of rest blood in the meat?

The law was to pour out the blood on the ground of a killed animal, not to strain out every last bit. It was to show the sacredness of blood and what it represents, life.
If the animal is bled properly and soon enough after being slaughtered or killed in hunting, it is not a problem.
