There is nothing you can do about it because child support and visitation are two separate things. Even though a person does not pay their child support, you can still get into trouble if you do not allow them to have their visits with the child.

Ask the judge to enter an order requiring the mother to honor your visitation rights. DO NOT STOP PAYING CHILD SUPPORT - denial of visitation is not a defense to non-payment.

Return to court and file a motion for contempt. Continued contempt of court ordered visitations can result in the custodial parent losing custody.

If you feel your child is not in good conditions can you get in trouble for holding your child from the non custodial parent if there is not a court order?

If there are no court orders regarding custody and visitation then legally speaking, no. However, the courts do not look favorably on a parent who keeps a child from the other parent unless there is a danger to the child to be around the other parent.

The non-custodial parent had child support court order stop and can the custodail parent stop the non-cusoial parent from seeing the child?

NO! Call they child support agency and find out why he stopped it and actually I don't think he can. Unless you have joint custody and placement he has to pay that is every states law. But do not use him not paying child support to withold your child you can be held in contempt of court. Those are two separate issues. That is right, He cannot just stop paying. and I agree, do not use money to withold your child from seeing him. It will only hurt your child and then come back on you.

Custodial parent keeps child support payments when child does no reside with them?

Then why are they still the custodial parent? The court order doesn't say they only get child support while the child lives with them, it says you have to pay it every month, not what they have to do to earn it. Go back to court for a modification.see links

Can a noncustodial parent stop the custodial parent from moving out of the country?

i think the real question is whats best for the child which i think is too often not asked - if your job keeps you away from a young child for long periods of time, if its possible you could be deployed without your child, then perhaps its best for the child to be with the other parent - rather than think what you want please do consider the best interest of the child - please do talk it out with the other parent and your child and do whatever is the best thing for all

Is there a law in Oregon that keeps the non-custodial parents from preventing the child to participate in activities?

There is no need for a law to prevent such behavior. The non-custodial parent has no right to prevent the child from participating in activities without the backing of a court order. the custodial parent should consult an advocate at the court or a private attorney to expand their knowledge of their rights. There is no need for a law to prevent such behavior. Can a child stop seeing their non-custodial mother if the mom keeps canceling visits and often kicks them out after 2-4 hours?

Sounds like a difficult situation, particularly with the cancellations. Suggest shorter visits so that a cancellation is not such an interruption. As children get older and have other activities (ie sports, band), perhaps she could join in supporting those, or use them as a reason to decrease visitation. The custodial parent might look at other avenues of respite--coop babysitting and such.

When considering custody of a child with autism will the court take into account who has been caring for the child in the past?

Yes, the courts will take into consideration the person or persons who have dramatically helped the child even in a custody battle. If one parent is only babying the child and not getting help (special counseling and schools) and the other parent is, then usually the court will award the child to the parent willing to do the best for that child (but, the other parent may have visitation rights.) If the two parents haven't bothered to help the child and a grandparent, sibling of either parent may also get custody of the child. It's all up to the court system and they want what is best for the child. To improve on the above answer, I just want you to be aware that the courts will be biased to a mother who keeps stressing how much she has done for the child. The more occupied you are with that, the more chances that they will TAKE AWAY your parental rights, due to being 'harmful' to your child! This is happening to mothers across the world where Autism is involved in the custody case. I wrote about this on my blog in the link I have attached below, and I urge you to read it carefully before asking the courts for anything for your child. You may be saying all the right things, but shooting yourself in the foot. Best of luck.

If a boy and girl have a baby at 16 and the girl keeps the baby from the boy and then asked for Child support would this child support come from the boy's mother since she is the only parent?

The biological parents pay for their child, not the grandparents. Both of you needs to get jobs and should have done so before the child arrived. When you petition the court for child support the father have establish paternity so they know he is the biological father. He can also petition for visitation and custody since being the biological father, that is his right. Just as it is the child's right to both parents. You can not choose that the father will have no contact with his child. That is up to the court. He has rights just like you. And so does your child.

Who should pay child support if a woman becomes pregnant from a one night stand?

In most cases it doesn't really matter how the woman became pregnant. All that matters is if she is going to keep it and if she is going to take care of it personally. If the woman keeps and and assumes custodial rights, then the father should pay child support because he did help create the child and isn't providing for it otherwise. However, if she gives custodial rights to the father, then she should have to pay the child support for the aforementioned reasons.

Difference between child process and threads in operating systems?

In operating systems, a child process is a new process created by an existing process, which operates independently and has its own memory space. Whereas a thread is a subset of a process, sharing the same memory space and resources as the parent process. Threads are lighter weight and more efficient compared to processes in terms of resource utilization.

How can you get the father to pay child support if he lives in a different state?

There is a sub-system so to speak, within each state's child support agency. It is an interstate office. When parents reside in different states, support can still be obtained for the child(ren). The state where the absent parent resides will be petitioned by the state where the custodial parent resides. Once this happens, the state of the absent parent will accept (usually) the responsibility of enforcing the child support order. This entails motions in court, driver's license suspension, house liens, bank account withdrawal, and any other means deemed legal by the state.
