It will probably depend on your state laws but in NC and SC and most others the answer is YES they can resell it. Some states just require a letter to the customer as a Notice of Resell...and in some cases, they can keep all personal belongings at the time of the repo.
Your car can definitely be repossessed because of nonpayment. The bank can actually send a company to repossess your car.
yes you can. a vehicle can go to any car dealer. no restrictions
No, and why would they? If the payments are up to date and have been made on time, there would be no reason for the dealer to repossess the vehicle.
IF your name is on the TITLE as buyer or cobuyer, you have the right to POSSESSION. Do you know where the car is? Do you have a key?
No, they'd repossess your car.
Yes
No one can answer this question. It depends on many factors. Here is a thought. Call the lender and ask them.
no it can't because the used car is used
Depends on your jurisdiction. If you're late on a payment for just 1 month, it's legal for the car dealer to repossess your vehicle, but 27 days seems a bit uncalled for.
They can only repossess the vehicle which was on the loan agreement. Taking any other vehicle is theft.
If you ever see USED CAR!...It was probably some guy's present to his wife then was unable to pay the bill.
I resell my car
