The stratosphere is a casino in Las Vegas. To go up to the top of the tower it costs $18 for an adult and $10 for a child. Senior citizens can go up for $12 which is the same as the price for a resident of Nevada.

A horsey ride is a game a child plays when it rides its parent's back as if it were a pony.

The Holiday World theme park is fun for people who enjoy amusement parks. The park has water rides, roller coasters, child rides, and family rides. Sections of the park are Thanksgiving, Halloween, Christmas, Fourth of July, and Splashin' Safari.
This depends really on your specific situation. Many parents simply wait until the child is asleep or away at a friend or relatives house then bring the horse to the stable the child rides at and place a bow on it and wait for the child to find the horse. Other times you may be able to do a 'treasure hunt' type game with the horse being the 'buried treasure'. Guessing games can be fun for the parents, and of course a traditional version of giving a horse to a child is to give a Birthday or Christmas present consisting of a halter for the horse with a picture attached to it.
