No. Not unless the error is so bad that you can not understand the charge against you. Anything wrong on the ticket may be used to impeach to officer at trial. For instance, many cops will say they clocked the car at one speed but "cut the driver a break" by putting a lower speed on the ticket. That is purgery that can be used for impeachment.
