A judgment can be executed against non-exempt property belonging to the debtor. Most creditors prefer wage garnishment or bank account levy. All states allow a debtor specific types and amounts of real and personal property that can be protected from creditor attachment. The most important one for homeowners is the homestead exemption. It would be in the best interest of a homeowner to be certain the primary residence is either protected automatically by state law or a declaration of homestead has been properly filed with the county recorder's office. The exemptions allowed for bankruptcy are the same as those that are allowed for lawsuit judgments, with additional federal non-bankruptcy exemptions available for use by debtor if the circumstances warrant.
save and buy with cash or debit ... saves money too with no interest or fees.... credit card cant be stolen if you don't have one......
no a credit card company may not take your home away. a creditor can never take anything away if the debt is unsecured such as a credit card. regardless of what anyone posts here, credit card companies cant do anything whatsoever if you stop paying them. your credit is ruined and they call alot, but that's all they can do.
I deleted two judgments butYou just dispute it like anything else on your report. give any reason like its not yours and dispute often online and in the mail at the same time mix them up. I deleted two judgment of my cdredit file took like 2 years. Just because it is off your credit report does not mean you do not owe it. A collection agency froze my bank account big 49.00. I can not have money in my name in a bank. Start a business account they cant touch that AnswerYou can dispute anything on your credit report including judgments that you believe to be inaccurate or erroneous by using the Fair Credit Reporting Act. This gives the credit bureaus 30 days to verify the judgment or it must be removed from your credit report. You can dispute something by just ask verification on it by mail, phone, or online.
Its theftYou cant have it if you dont have a credit cardWe dont know you!
no it cant
sure they can but they cant collect or that is what happens in texas they can get an injunction against you but that means you have to pay them but not when Absolutely. You own them the money and they can hire an attorney or sell the debt to a collection agency.
yes
You cant. that's against the law.
If it's against the state you can probably take jail time instead of paying your judgment. If it's against the another person I have no idea, but you might be able to get a loan using your car as collateral but it might be hard with no job and you risk loosing your car.
1, FILE a stolen car report with the cops. Then IF it was really stolen, the lender can collect the ins. and then your bad credit will go to Worse credit. And they cant find you 'cause you have no residence.Well, given the situation you describe, likely all the lender could do is get a judgment against the debtor. IF the debtor ever works, they could garnishee their wages.

Your network is down because your phone company is a thief and doesnt want to give you anything free.
Take a look at the policy or if you paid by credit card, debit card or cheque have a look at your bank statements.
?? They can file all the legal paperwork and move any personal property you have on the property to the curb. If you have received a notice of eviction, you have been evicted, but they can't physically remove you from the property if you are not there.
you can repo the car from your fiance yourself and try to sell it to get to pay it off,yes you can sue your fiance for the money also, this doesnt mean you will get the money from your fiance,a judgment against someone means nothing unless they are employeed, have assets or someway to pay the judgment ,if she isn't paying for the car how will you collect on the judgment ,by the way it takes months to get a judgment against someone
you cant
