Well it doesn't take a genius to figure this one out. It is most likely caused by an inner ear infection. One which cannot be seen by just looking into the dogs ear. You need to get your dog to the vet asap before the infection becomes even more painful to the dog. Left untreated not only are you neglecting your dog but the infection may spread to other areas and get wose and worse.

it's a possible only as a theory. My opion is no, if a German Shepperd got bitten on the ear then maybe THAT ear could be floppy but not the other ear. No dog would have floppy ears because it's scared.

Ok well you need to buy dog ear cleaning solution. And spray some in the dogs ear. Then you need to be carful with this. But, you need to take a baby wipe and gently clean the dogs ear out. And do not go in to far because you can damage the ear drum and can possibly make the dog deaf
