They might be going through a hard time right now. Give him a little space. If it continues for a while, you are really upset about it, or you are absolutely positive that is not it then talk to him. Find out what's going on. If he just shuts you out again when your trying to be nice and open with him then don't bother. You are too good for someone like that.
