Depending on the country and state.. You will be charged with sagatory rape. The penalties of sagatory rape also vary with the state. In NY if the girl is 17 and she agrees to have sexual intercouse it is not illegal. But if she is 16 or under whether she agrees or not it is punishable by law because she does not have the capacity to consent at that age.. But look up your states sagatory rape laws and penalties
