Ignoring him every possible moment that you can. If that doesn't work, try pushing/shoving him away and say to him: "I DON'T LIKE YOU! LEAVE ME ALONE!" hopefully then he will get the point and he will stop bothering you... If that doesn't work, consult your mom or your best friend on what to do next.
