A guy could be really nervous. if you have never talked to him before, and he doesn't talk to you, then he could still like you. But if you are friends and he doesn't talk to you, he probably doesn't like you and is trying ro tell you without hurting your feelings. I think if a guy is your friend and doesnt talk to you he could still like you just dont want you to know so he trys not to make it obvious or he could just be nervous too.

i think he is trying to have it both ways, he doesnt want to be with you, but he doesnt want you to be with anyone else.
