If a guy is checking you out at a party, then walk closely past him and give him a smile, if he doesn't approach you, go up to him and tell him you like his jacket (or shoes, or shirt, or whatever). then smile and go hang out with your friends, if he doesn't respond to that, odds are he's not interested.
