Not necessarily, because guys are not into subtle messaging that much. It could be. See how many other people he has asked. If you are really the only one, then maybe he does. You can't really tell. Of course, not knowing what kind of person he is, no one can give you a straight answer. Just go and see what happens. Don't worry about it, if you try to hard, then it will all end in failure.
