Absolutely not. If a horse rolls while colicing, its intestines may get all twisted up and it could die. You must stay up with it and walk it around until the impaction is cleared. CALL A VET!!!
False.
The anti-spasmodic will help.
Buy the Anti-Spasmodic medicine at the shop.
You click into the market ("Breeding Farm >> The Shop") and scroll down. In the healthcare column buy Anti-Spasmodic medicine (this normally costs about 75E) and click on the basket icon. It should have a pop-up asking your quantity. You only need one, but you are welcome to stock up on them. Click buy and a green box should come up saying Purchase Was Completed or something. Head back to your Horses, on the Howrse that has Colic scroll to the healthcare and click on "treat" next to the red horse-head saying "*Horse Name* has colic" or whatever. It should alert you and tell you that you cured the colic and now your Howrse should be healthy!
Do NOT let it lie down. It may not get up.---In Howrse, you give it the Antispasmodic medicine, found in the Horse Health Care section of The Shop.

A poisoned horse can show signs of colic, but if you know the horse has been poisoned you should call and equine vet immediately.
the animal has colic
I would advise you to see your local vet if your horse has colic because 90% of horses that get colic die from it. Ex my horse had colic but you should have your horse on a lead walking around and don't let it lay down, If your horse rolls over than its intestines will get even worse and not even your vet can help.
NEVER!! Colic has different causes: a blockage in the intestines (think major constipation); severe gas which stretches the instestine; the intestines could even be displaced; and others. If the horse rolls, it could fatally injure itself by twisting sections of intestine shut, rather like a twist-tie on a bag of vegetables, or rupturing the gut. This is fatal and requires surgery to save the horse.
