If a hurricane started at 65mph then slowed to 55mph in 30 minutes what is its speed now?

If it's blowing 55 mph, it's not a hurricane anymore.


Even if it is no longer a hurricane now, it's speed is still 55mph now. Designation of the storm has nothing to do with its current speed.

It's speed 'now' would be zero in this moment in time, unless you asked this question in the last day or so.

"Now", as in 30 minutes after it was 65 mph, the speed would be 10 mph.
