How much what? Power? 102mW (0.102W). How much light? A filament bulb produces 1 to 3 percent of the power input as light if the proper voltage is applied. If the lamp is rated for a higher voltage, it won't get hot enough and the light out will be a lot less.
A lantern ring, in engineering, is a part of a stuffing box. It keeps in place the lubricating fibres of a shaft that penetrates a bulkhead.
With a lantern, or via radio.
Yes, thorium is used in gas mantles; the intensity of the light is increased.
The very first traffic light was a revolving gas lantern with red and green lights installed in a London intersection in 1868, before the advent of automobiles. A later version of the traffic light based on railroad signals was installed in Detroit, Michigan, in 1920. hope i helped =]
The traffic signal was invented in 1868 in London before the invention of the car. It was a revolving lantern with red and green signals. On Jan. 2, 1869 the light exploded hurting the policeman who was operating it. The next attempt was made by Detroit Police Officer who decided to make a light to control the increasing numbers of cars on the road. In 1920 he used a red, amber, and green railroad lights and 37.00 of wire to make the first 4 way light. Within a year Detroit had 15 lights controlling traffic. There is no mention of ethnicity of the inventors.
Depends entirely on how much current you use to charge it.
Is a eletromagnet with a six volt lantern battery really powerful or not?
No. The instruction manual for the RCL 3000 "Rechargable Remote Control Lantern" specifically states that the 120V House Current Adapter will not power the lantern and is only for charging the battery. You can replace the battery though... Brand = SkyTech Model = SC 46 Volts = 6 DC Ah = 4 (or 4.5) ApexBattery.com has them as of 1/30/2011 @ $7.95 each. Note: There are other tricks you can do to make the lantern work without a battery, but it requires knowing a little about electronics.
You could try checking out http://www.batteryinternational.com/lantern-battery.html or call 1-877-28-BATTERY and they should be able to help you find the correct replacement battery.
Any current you apply will heat it. If you apply more current, or for a longer time, it will get heated more.
Voltage is the same but amp hour capacity of the car battery is much higher.
The only current tv show based entirerly on the Green Lantern is Green Lantern The Animated Series and it is on every saterday morning on Cartoon Network.
Yes you can but it will drain that battery quickly.
You can watch the one and only current show based completly on the Green Lantern, Green Lantern the Animated Series, on Cartoon Network every saterday morning.
http://www.batteryinternational.com/lantern-battery.html would be a good place to start. If that doesn't help then call 1-877-28-BATTERY and they should be able to find a battery replacement that works for you.

In the past, the Walgreens brand of 6 volt lantern battery contained 32 carbon zinc AA cells, 8 sets of 4 in series, connected in parallel. Most all 6 volt lantern batteries today contain (4) 1.5 volt 'F' cells, which are same diameter of 'D' cells but are twice as long as 'C' cells, which are the same length as 'AA' cells.
