Sexual harassment is when some touches or speaks to you in an inappropriate way.
That is called sexual harassment.

This is not normal behavior and I encourage you to take action. If you can readily recognize this person, you should tell someone with authority at the pool. If you are a minor you should also inform your parents.

Verbal sexual harassment
Sexual Harassment is a civil case, it is not criminal and would be handled as a civil suit. Criminally, it is classified as Harassment. If you wish to report the sexual harassment to policy, the offender will be charged with harassment.
I assume you mean sexual harassment when you say "physical sex harassment", if so... It is when someone touches, grabs, pulls, etc. another person in an inappropriate, sexual manner. If a guy grabs a girls butt or breasts (or anything like that) without the girls consent, that's sexual harassment. Women can also sexually harass men, though it's not heard of as much. Any kind of innappropriate touching, rubbing or fondling. Staring or looking at a girls body could also be construed as harassment
And by the way, I meant that I was being subjected to sexual harassment; I was not DOING the sexual harassment!
