I have a nasty neighbor like that. My family has done NOTHING to him and he has even pulled up in his car to tell my children he is calling social services to have them taken away from us!!!!!! I am a Christian and have been taught to "love thy neighbor" but he is impossible. The other morning my car alarm accidentally went off - still don't know why it malfunctioned - and he SCREAMS out the window that people are trying to sleep and to shut up. Well I did a no no and yelled back at him and he threatened to call police (as he has done over and over again and the police laugh when they come to my home). How can he be such an a__???? I am a woman and my husband is never home - always working to support our family of 4 kids - and I feel threatened to even go outside if he is there! He has come storming over IN MY FACE and I am afraid!!! Worst part is - WE HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING TO HIM!! And..............he has the trashiest house and yard in the whole neighborhood! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Is harassment by creditor through mail against the law after you have been cleared by filing chapter 7 bankruptcy?

Is using profanity a sin?

Yes, almost by definition. "Profane", the root word for "profanity", means the opposite of the sacred, and "sacred" is defined in terms of your RELIGIOUS beliefs. "Profane" language, therefore, is language at odds with your religion, and therefore is a "sin" - an offense against your religious beliefs. Language can be vulgar or crude without being profane, and profanity isn't always crude.

What the function of neighbor?

A neighbor has no specified function. A neighbor is someone who lives next to you, near you, or in a larger sense all other people of the world. People are individuals and will behave as neighbors in the many different way that people behave. It is always a positive situation when your neighbor is kind, thoughtful, helpful, and respectful of you, your family, and your property. It is always a negative situation when they are not. But most neighbors, like most people have a mixture of positive and negative traits. There are no assigned duties or functions to being a neighbor.

When trying to determine whether a male supervisor's behavior might be interpreted as sexually demeaning or offensive it is most important to consider the worker's sexual history true or false?

False. Sexual harassment in the workplace is *always* the call of the person being harassed. Someone doesn't have to have a history of sexual harassment, nor should that even come into the equation. If the supervisor has made you feel uncomfortable, then take it to your HR department. Remember, the harassment is always the determination of the person being harassed, not by the person doing the harassment. If you feel harassed, then you've been harassed.
