In this state it does not matter if the drivers license is new or not. If it was revoked, it was revoked by a court. When the judge revoked it, he revoked it for a specific period of time. You are entitled to one free copy of your sentencing papers. (Actually they are not free but when you paid your fine you paid for them also. Your refusal to pick them up was your mistake. You should go back and get them.) If you look at your sentencing papers, you will see the length of time it is before you can take your test again. The usual length of time does not matter to you. What matters to you is the specific length of time you have to wait. Look at those papers.
If by revoked you mean you failed your test, in this state you can retake the drives test the next day.
No you cant
If you receive 12 points on your driver's license, it will be suspended
I'm not a hundered percent sure. I had a florida license before my Colorado one was revoked. My florida license is still valid and that is what I am using. I don't see why not.
No you cannot. If your license is revoked in one state, you have to have it reinstated before you can obtain a license in another state. Additionally, you can only receive a licence in your state of residence, so, even if your licence wasn't suspended, you would have to move and establish residence in another state before you could get a licence there.
Yes, you can buy a car from a dealer without a driver's license. But, you will not be able to test drive the car before you buy it.
No. You will have to resolve the suspension issues in IL before you can apply for a license in ANY state. On the application you would fill out in GA are the questions asking if you have ever had a license in another state & has that license ever been suspended/revoked. If you answer truthfully, you will be automatically denied. If you lie & say no to both questions, you have committed a criminal offense & could go to jail for fraud, falsifying a legal document or other charges. Regardless of how you answer those questions, GA will run a license history on you to see if you have had a license before & the status.
Unless MN law equires that boat operators possess a valid motor vehicle operators license before they can pilot a boat, yes, you can.
A person can get up to 15 points on their license before it will be suspended if in a 24 month period. However, serious violations may also cause a license to be suspended or revoked.
In Texas, one can receive at least three DUI offenses before the driver's license is revoked. Driver's license points can impact your auto insurance rates.
This completely depends on which country/state you live in. In the UK, for example you have to be 17 before you can get your drivers license whilst in North Dakota you can get a drivers license at 14.
if they dont ask, dont tell, but they could cancel your insurance if they find out later.
