There is no defendant answer, But the mind is a strange thing, and adapts in several ways.. For instance there was a blind man, from birth, and he was able to paint and sketch beautiful pictures of geometric landscapes and architure.

Of course, everyone dreams. Each individual, regardless of ability or disability, has dreams unique to themselves. When it comes to dreams (and most other things) "the blind" cannot be lumped into a single category any more than "Christians" or "the left-handed."

If a person is blind they have more imagonation because they never saw the real world therefore they just imagine it and it never dies out so yes they would dream
