Certainly. They just experience their dreams through different sensory perception (i.e. sounds instead of sights)
its not possible if they always been blind
It looks like blind people have dreams that involve their other senses. They also see many things that we ourselves have never seen before. Like when we dream of a new invention or a person we've never met or a place we've never seen or been to. We rarely have these dreams because we have the ability to see but if we didn't, like people who are blind, we would be using the imaginative part of our brain a lot more and see things that we have never seen.[ somewhat like the third eye]Well, if the person was blind for their whole life, they would dream with their other senses. But, if they were blind at a certain point in their life, they would dream of things they saw before they were blind.
If the person has always been blind, then they wouldn't dream about colour. They would not know what any colour looks like. If they were not always blind, then they can still see colour in their dreams.
Everyone dreams...there is distinguish that blind can't dream....Everyone have a way of visualizing their thoughts, expression i.e dreams

When you enter the second dream realm are you blind
It means in some way or another you have felt like you have let someone down. you want this person in your dream to be born again. Perhaps it resembles a husband, child, teenager, sibling...and you subconciously feel let down by your ability to satisfy this person or this person has let you down and you are looking for a second chance in them.
no gender does not affect memory
No, you cannot get Timburr with a Dream World ability by breeding a male Timburr with a female Dream World Ledian.
This is a very interesting question, and believe it or not, it comes up frequently. I personally think (and I could be totally wrong), that there is no way to describe any color to some one who has been blind from birth. We can also ask, "does a blind person from birth dream, and if so what do they see, if anything." I will be looking in on this question from time to time. I am very interested in what others have to say. Viper1 ANSWER Color is also Different for every person, as your irises are different from others. If they have ever seen some color, then you could compare it, otherwise, then you would be just best to compare it to things that have tastes or colors, since how could they imagine it. Here is a good question, what do blind people see in their thoughts? Colors, even People?
Well, I'm not blind or would not be doing this, but blind people can dream about tons of things, it is not cornered in at one or two things.
