Although the degree can be taken anywhere in the world, the licence to practice within the US will be determined by the state board who's area of responsibility that particular field lies.

No, to practice pharmacology in U.K, the pharmacist from India has to complete an overseas pharmacist exam, and then has to preform one year mandatory preregistration training. To study for the overseas pharmacist exam the pharmacist will have to apply to the British Pharmaceutical Society who will asses the degree and then decide whether the candidate can enroll for the overseas pharmacist program in U.K.
