My guess is: Yes. The baby is most likely suffering from a syndrome know as Pre-Birth Difetchnia. That is assuming you are refering to vaginal bleeding. In this case I would highly suggest seeing a doctor as soon as possible to avoid the pregnancy becoming terminated.
