That depend on if you threatened her with any thing to make her fear you. Check your reality at the door and look at the charges. There is probably at least a grain of truth that you should recognize and use to change your behavior. Verbal abuse can be just as damaging as physical abuse. If it has happened several times, then you need to explore the possibility that the problem is real...you need to separate and get some education on the issues of anger, verbal abuse and so on so that you understand what she is saying.
