The perfect person to ask the order your projects should be completed IS your supervisor. However, if you want to come across as a seasoned professional, make a list! List all projects, who assigned them, when you received them, and the time frame given to complete the work. If you can complete the projects in a first-come, first-served order and still make your supervisor's time sensitive deadline, then do it on that basis. If not, your supervisor's project should be completed first, there is a reason he/she mentioned the time sensitivity. By the way, if your supervisor's project will drastically push back the completion of the other projects, keep those people in the loop.
