Are the odds better picking the same numbers every draw?

(1/N) to the Y p0wer wher e N = numbers in the pool and Y = number of draws. For example if there are 10 numbers and you draw four times probability is 1/10 x 1/10 x 1/10 x 1/10 = 1/10000 Edit: Not sure what all that is about since it seems to have nothing to do with the question. If the draws are fair and if each draw is independent then whether you pick the same numbers every time or change them every time makes no difference whatsoever. Each set of numbers will have the same probability of winning as every other set, and that applies from one draw to the next.
