Yes.
no they do not the Mexican instead becomes an American citizen
No, Mexican citizens can't get divorced in California if they were married in Mexico. One of the parties would need to be an American citizen.
I GOT PAPERS AND I WANNA GET MARRIED TO A MEXICAN GIRL WHO DONT HAVE ANY PAPER.WHAT DOES SHE NEED TO GET MARRIED TO ME AND CROSS TO ARIZONA
I really think you can not file a divorce in Mexico while you are residing in the US. Mexican law determines that you must reside in there so Mexican Courts are competent. (Jurisdiction Matter). I am not sure about American law.AnswerYou have to go back to Mexico to file for divorce. Be very careful that you get your information together and that you do a search on reputable lawyers (not some back alley lawyer) in Mexico. Good luckMarcy
i don't think so.

Sure can!
Arizona was formed from land that the US obtained from Mexico after the Mexican American War.
The Mexican-American War, or simply the Mexican War as it was previously known, was fought mostly in southern Texas and northern Mexico, central Mexico, and southern California.
The US won the Mexican American War against Mexico.
Both. People born from an American parent are Americans by birthright. Also, Mexican law stipulates that anyone born on Mexican soil, Mexican waters or Mexican ships on international waters, are Mexican. Both US and Mexico allow for dual citizenship.
There aren't any laws relating divorce with Mexican nationals. If you live in Arizona, you can apply for a divorce. Nationality has nothing to do with it.
