why wouldn't you want him to see the baby? my son has a baby with a Mexican girl and he has never seen the baby not because he don't want to but because he does't know where they are.her family won't tell him. that is wrong the problem is they both are really young but the way i see it is whats done is done can't change that. but by not letting him see the baby the only one getting hurt is the baby.
He or She has to go back home or apply for a permit to stay in US. But he won't have any promises or rights to see or stay with the baby.
Only way is he or she should better get married to that citizen.
How does the supreme court's decision in each case affect the rights of american citizen?
There are no requirements for an American citizen. The American citizen is supposed to be sovereign and free. An American is supposed to be a citizen at birth, with all rights and privileges that entails with no oath, duty or debt to anyone or thing.
Read the Constitution. They are all enumerated there.
They both have the rights to vote, freedom of speech, and the press. :)
the responsiblity to protect the citizens rights lies wit the American people
Resident aliens have the same rights as an American citizen.
The Declaration of the Rights of Man and the Citizen, was modeled in part on the American Declaration of Independence. All men, the French declaration announced, were "born and remain free and equal in rights."

Last time I checked no. Even if you become a citizen of Mexico, you don't have all of the rights of native mexicans.
First of all, when British citizen and an American marry's, they become an AmeriBrit and have equal rights to work in both countries on their choosing.
