If you have your period, you are not pregnant. If you are one of the "one in a million" women who experience bleeding like a normal period in your first trimester, the hpt would show up positive by the time you have had your period. So if you have had your period and still have a -ve hpt, then you are definitely not pregnant.
It is not "one in a million" women that have a normal-like period while pregnant. i have heard from a LOT of women who have had them. one woman i know had a period every month for 4 months and was pregnant. do not listen to the answer above this! that is not true. if you think you could be pregnant, but your HPT says negative, either wait a week, or go to your OBGYN. :)
There is no pregnancy test on the market that is 100% accurate. It's not uncommon if you are under stress to have spotting in between periods. Stress, a person who is sports active, etc., can cause their periods to do odd things (missed periods, spotting, etc.) If it continued in another month you should really see your doctor and be examined. There is probably nothing wrong and it will put your mind at rest.
Women from the age of 34 up can have signs of peri menopause (and the age is getting even younger than that for peri menopausal symptoms) and from 45, 50+ women can go right into menopause (no periods.)
If your hpt says negative you're not pregnant, and if you're that concerned about it. Go to the OBGYN and have them take a blood test, it will confirm that you're not pregnant. HPT's are so accurate these days, but if you're that concerned go to the doctor.
yes you can still be pregnant your hormone levels may not be high enough yet for the test to detect
Probably not. Pregnant tests are 90 percent accurate.
yes it is. your hcg hormone level may not be high enough. you may need a blood test done
i have spotting but its a light flow that i have never had. i have all the pregnant symptoms is it normal the blood is not brown but a deep red?
Yes.
No you can't be pregnant and still have your period. You can have a light bleed but not a period. As for the whole negative test thing, it could be a false negative.
yes you are pregnant
Will i be still be pregnant if i had a negative test result From Norena
You could have gotten pregnant on your period
Not normally
yes
Take another test in 1 week, negative tests don't mean you are not pregnant, it just means your pregnancy hormones are not showing up yet (if you are pregnant). If you are still negative in a week and no period, then get a blood test.
Yes.
You could still be pregnant or you may have an infection. You might want to go to the doctor.
Yes. It might just be too early. Until your period comes you could still be pregnant. unless its been 3 weeks since you had sex and the test is negative
No. If you still have you period, you cant be pregnant.
The negative pregnancy test is the defining answer, regarding pregnancy - once your period is a week or so late - if you are pregnant, the hCG will be high enough to be detected.
