If animal testing failed so many times how come they continue doing it?

Well simply because sometimes it has worked and treatments have been created and vaccines have been made to cure people, and scientists believe that because this method has worked for some cures, it can work again, of course they are not going to be able get it easily and quickly each time. So they will keep trying until they get it right. but they feel because it has created good from doing it before it will most definitely be able to do it again.
