Humans are animals, while we like to think of ourselves as set apart or different, we definitely fall into the animal classification. See the following;
Domain Eukarya
-> Kingdom Animalia
-> Phylum Chordata
-> Subphylum Vertebrata
-> Class Mamalia
-> Order Primate
-> Family Homonidae
-> Genus Homo
-> Species Homo Sapiens
This is not really a hypothetical question, animals already rule the world. So, humans (generally speaking) are not listed as endangered species on the usual endangered species lists.
It is ironic, simply because the humans ruled the animals in the beginning. Old Major warned the animals not to exhibit human qualities. Sure enough, by the end of the book, the animals were being ruled by other animals who resembled humans. The animals looked at them and couldn't even tell them apart from the animals and humans because of how alike they were.
To not be ruled by the humans but to be free and not a slave ( by the way that book is awful)
Because men are driven totally by their sexual appetite. It's a survival instinct left over from the beginning of time. Men are ruled/lead with the organ located between their legs not the one inside their head. Watch the animals and you will see that procreating (and eating) is the only thing the males of the species are concerned with. Humans are animals too.
Around that time society was ruled by the church there was no separation between church and state. His theory contradicted that of the bible. The bible states that God created humans and all other animals from the beginning of time. So the idea that animals evolved to become new species and that humans are the ancestors of apes was not accepted by the church, therefore it was not accepted by the people. At that time this kind of thinking was seen as taboo.
Dinosauria ruled the earth for 160 million years and the humans for about 100,000 years so yes the dinosaurias have ruled the earth longer.

The largest order in the animal kingdom is the Coleoptera order, which includes beetles. There are over 400,000 species of beetles, making them the largest group of insects and animals on Earth.
Amenhotep was not a god, but an Egyptian pharoah. Amenhotep I ruled during the sixteenth century BCE. The gods were often depicted as humans with the heads of birds or other animals, but this appears to have been designed to remind the faithful which god was represented, rather than a true likeness.
During the Ordivician Period, sea life ruled. Most of the animals were forms of fish and arthropods, including trilobites.
